He currently works with clients of all ages in an effort to improve communication skills so that they can work towards and create the kinds of relationships that matter to them. We will be focusing on intimate andfamilial relationships, but Bill’s approach to communication applies to a broad spectrum of the relationships we encounter and foster to create a richer home life and a more fulfilling work life. February 22, 2019: LAST WOMAN STANDING, Take Control of Your Estate! with Lorie Homer Kraus, Attorney at Law

Lorie specializes in estate planning and administration. Her focus is to help clients proactively plan for an array of life events and challenges. This conversation will focus on understanding family finances through the lens of estate planning. We will talk about topics like mortgages, insurances, children’s tuition, family trusts, managing assets of aging parents, what you need to know about community and separate property, and retirement assets in order to fully understand and to be fully prepared if and when we are the Last Woman Standing. March 8, 2019: WHAT WE EAT SHOULDN’T KILL US! with JULIE WARD of Fresh Food Alchemy

 BROWN BAG LUNCH INCLUDED WITH COST OF LUNCH ($30)

Julie Ward of Fresh Food Alchemy will talk to us about plant-based eating and ways in which we can bring the benefits of fresh veggies and herbs into our diet without going full on Vegan! Julie will give us a primer on plant-based eating and leave us with recipes to try at home. We will talk about ways in which healthy eating can promote ease of menopause symptoms and mental wellbeing. Coffee, Teas & Waters will be served along with a selection of desserts. Please feel free to bring your lunch. There are no heating capabilities, so don’t bring soup!
