Beware: old people having sex and they may be your parents! Empty nesting was supposed to mean running naked through the house. Sex with open doors. Kissing in the kitchen without the threat of a child’s scorn and loud, “Ew, that’s gross!” Instead, you find yourself with house-mates, your adult children!

If you haven’t given much thought to hiding your love life from your adult kids living at home, let Laura’s podcast, Knock Knock OMG be your introduction. As she describes, middle age sex takes some planning, and with adult kids coming and going at all hours, it isn’t always easy. Knock Knock Omg is Laura’s take on navigating adult private time while adult children are afoot.

Welcome to midlife with house-mates!
